Dr Alina Congreve is an experienced built environment and climate change professional with 18 years experience working in higher education, public policy and innovation.

Kerry North has spent her career motivating, influencing and mobilising people to drive change and positive behaviours that benefit society and our environment. She has over 20 years experience working within large organisations like O2 and PwC, with local government, and supporting small businesses. Her experience covers learning and development, coaching, behaviour change, strategy development and programme design and management across social impact and environmental management.

Elisabeth Rochford is a business & sustainability leader with almost a decade of experience delivering multi-stakeholder initiatives for social and environmental impact. She currently leads Diageo’s ESG work in the UK and is a Trustee of Age UK Islington.

Julie Greaves is a sustainability leader with extensive senior management experience in the public sector and chair of a county-wide technical network of experts from 11 local authorities.  Former chair of a national network of specialist local authority officers tackling climate change. Julie joined SiS CIC as a Director in 2025 reflecting her deep commitment to empowerment, equity and positive change. She sees SiS as a vehicle to champion inclusive leadership by providing women working in sustainability in all sectors with career development, peer support, coaching and mentoring and information / networking events.
